![]() Dear Wilo Partners and
Future Partners, We successfully merged Wilo EMU and Wilo USA January 1,
2010 and were able to capitalize on
the synergies and planned cost savings in both our plant in Thomasville, Georgia
and Wilo USA headquarters in Chicago Illinois. Our focus is now one Wilo brand. We added 7 new sales people in January 2010 to strengthen our sales and field support efforts in
both of our business units, Water Management and Building Services. In 2010, Wilo USA
introduced the Waste Water Ops, Right Mix, and Fast Flow programs along with
the Wilo Jet Connect, Groundwater Stainless Steel 4-6-8 inch submersible well
pumps, Split Case, End Suction, stainless steel MVI vertical multi-stage
centrifugal with a drive booster and the Wilo Multi-stage Centrifugal Booster
Systems. In January 2011,
at the AHR show we introduced our High Efficiency Focus with the introduction
of our New Stratos D a Wilo USA
exclusive product providing our proven Stratos platform in a dual-volute
configuration for expanded control options and higher flow applications. In February 2011
we introduced our Sales Focus Strategy
with a separated sales focus. This was in response to our Partner’s request; -
Water Management Segment Sales Team is led by Joe Melton, our National Sales Manager for Water Management. -
Building Service Segment Sale Team is led by Thomas McCarthy, National Sales Manager for Building Services. -
We didn’t stop there. We went inside and implemented a
Customer Service/Tech Segment Focus. -
Customer Service/Tech Team is managed by Chris
Perkins. Chris now has separate Water Management and Building
Service Focused Teams. -
Water Management Segment Customer Service/Tech Team is led by Nick Morris. -
Building Service Segment S Customer Service/Tech ale Team is led by Keith McManus. VP
Sales and Marketing: Last, but not least, I am pleased to announce that I
have moved the Wilo USA marketing responsibilities under Mark Dagostino. Mark
will now work closer with David Bortolon, our Marketing Manager, on all our
marketing efforts. I can’t tell you how excited I am as I look at our 2011
opportunities but I am even more excited when I look at the next three years. I can assure you that Wilo USA will continue to focus on
Customer Service, Logistics, Manufacturing and Product Development this year. On behalf of all employees of Wilo USA, I thank you for
